Poetry and prose in the metro may go the way of the dodo. As The Times reported on Tuesday morning, the Train of Thought, which puts literary quotes from the likes of Kafka and Schopenhauer in the unlikely scenario full of New York City subway car series to be removed to make way for a promotional campaign of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
