The new strategic arms reduction Treaty seems is getting close to ratification this week. Josh Rogin votes in foreign policy and located seven Republicans on board; the Treaty need nine Republicans to get the 67 votes needed and negotiations appear to modify the so-called "resolution of ratification" (instead of modifying the Treaty itself) to track to attract the votes of two missing.
I know that everyone is super excited for this - which gets the blood that runs as arms control discussions?
