This morning the Census Bureau announced the new distribution of seats in the Congress between States after the 2010 census, and based on recent history, change seems to benefit the Republicans when it comes to presidential elections.
The Census found that traditionally Republican States won more population during the last decade that normally have been strongholds democratic States.
