As former President George h. Bush and millions of other Americans eminently sensible, I always hated broccoli. And one of the few complaints can I do about a typically idyllic childhood is that, sometimes, could sit at the family table and find that my mother had deliberately ruined a perfectly good food by including that feared plant between fee if not palatable.
